A Message from the Club President

Greetings from the Rotary Club of Canyon Lake:

“Small, but mighty” is a good description of the Canyon Lake Rotary Club. Our members are men and women who live and do business in the Canyon Lake area. We come together to give back to our community. While this noble goal brings us together, it is fellowship and fun that keep us energized and involved.

We are one of 33,000 Rotary Clubs worldwide. Rotary International is the world's first service club organization with more than 1.2 million members. Rotary club members are volunteers who work locally, regionally, and internationally to combat hunger, improve health and sanitation, provide education and job training, promote peace, and eradicate polio under the motto ‘Service Above Self’.

Each year our Canyon Lake club conducts a major fund raiser to support our projects and Rotary International. Our first fundraising priority is our Scholarship Program. We financially support graduates from Smithson Valley and Canyon Lake High Schools throughout their undergraduate degree. These young people come from families who need financial assistance to make their dream of higher education a reality. Couple our scholarship program with our many other community projects and we truly are a club making a difference in our Canyon Lake community.

We are an active club always looking for passionate people to join a dynamic group of members and have fun while doing good in our community. If you share these goals, please drop by at one of our meetings and check us out. You won’t be disappointed!
